In one of the most creatively fulfilling assignments we’ve taken on, this video illuminates the Spongebob Squarepants theme song like never before: performed in American Sign Language. Working with specialized ASL consultants and hearing-impaired talent was certainly an interesting new project, and one that brought new perspective to us as we directed, produced, and edited this piece.
